| board. Since the Company was founded in 1998, we have been operating under the belief of |

| resources and corporate lasting operation, Neoflex Technology will have all members of our company |

| Ienvironmental protection in instituting all kinds of quality and environment management mechanism and |
| in time, discuss and improve its continuous adequacy, so that the manufacturing cost may be minimized, |
| maintaining committed delivery schedule and effectively control and reduce the discharge of waste |
| water, waste gas and solid waste as well as chemical goods to mitigate the impact on environment. |
